Life’s journey can be full of joy, wonderment, and contentment. It can be equally filled with stress, fear, and pain. As a psychotherapist I strive to work together with my clients to realize their potential while supporting them to manage life’s stressors with openness and strength. I believe that therapy can be a very useful tool to create personal growth and development, and can help us learn to understand and relate to ourselves and those around us in ways that create more healthy and fulfilling lives.

I use a variety of modalities to best fit each client’s needs, and believe that it is important to recognize clients’ strengths and capacities in order to assist in the healing process. I work in partnership with clients to identify their barriers and needs in order to create a path towards more adaptive and functional ways of relating to themselves and others
